Return and Exchange Policy for iPhones

1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges are only accepted for iPhones that have a verifiable manufacturing defect, malfunction, or damage that occurred during shipping. We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or if the phone is in perfect working condition with no issues.
  • All requests must be initiated within 7 days of the purchase date (based on the receipt or invoice).
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation) is required for any return or exchange.

2. Inspection Process

  • Upon receiving a return request, we will require you to bring or ship the iPhone back to our store for a thorough inspection by our certified technicians.
  • Inspection is mandatory to confirm any reported issues. This process may take up to 7-10 business days, depending on the complexity of the issue and our workload. We appreciate your patience during this time.
  • If the inspection confirms a valid defect, we will proceed with a refund or exchange at our discretion. If no issue is found, the return will be denied, and the phone will be returned to you at your expense.

3. Condition Requirements

  • The iPhone must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories (e.g., charger, earphones, manuals), and with all seals intact if unopened.
  • The device must not show signs of user-induced damage, such as scratches, dents, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications (e.g., jailbreaking or third-party repairs).
  • Activated devices must be reset to factory settings and removed from any associated iCloud or Find My iPhone accounts before return.

4. Refund and Exchange Options

  • Refunds: If approved, refunds will be issued in the original form of payment (minus any shipping or restocking fees, if applicable). Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process after inspection.
  • Exchanges: We may offer an exchange for the same model or a comparable one, subject to availability. If the original model is out of stock, a refund may be provided instead.
  • No cash refunds for credit card purchases; they will be credited back to the card.

5. Shipping and Handling for Returns

  • For online or shipped purchases, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • We recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

6. Exceptions and Warranty

  • Open-box or refurbished iPhones may have shorter return windows (e.g., 7 days) and additional restrictions—please check at the time of purchase.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that violates these rules or appears fraudulent.
